The Signature Series is our most ambitious course. A week aboard a luxury catamaran in the Society Islands, with a private chef who turns every meal into an event, a senior instructor who turns every sail into a lesson, and a group small enough that every moment matters. You will earn your ASA 104 and 114 certifications. You will sail to Bora Bora. And you will come back different.
Limited to one or two departures per year. Maximum six students per course. This is not mass-market. This is not a cruise. This is adventure with intention, comfort without compromise, and education that happens to take place in paradise.

Raiatea → Taha'a → Bora Bora → Raiatea. Every day a new island, every evening a new anchorage.
Welcome Aboard
Champagne welcome at Uturoa Marina. Boat orientation, safety briefing, first sail to Faaroa Bay. Chef's welcome dinner under the stars.
The Vanilla Island
Sail to Taha'a. Vanilla plantation tour, coral garden snorkelling, sailing instruction. Chef dinner aboard.
Pearls & Culture
Pearl farm visit — harvest your own Tahitian black pearl. Catamaran handling practice, freediving in the lagoon. Traditional Polynesian ahima'a feast on the beach.
The Legendary Passage
Open-water passage to Bora Bora. Navigation, passage planning, watch systems. Arrive through the pass with Mount Otemanu towering above. Sunset dinner with the view.
Paradise Day
Swim with reef sharks and stingrays in the lagoon. Private motu picnic — chef-prepared feast on a deserted sandy islet. Optional spearfishing or paddleboarding.
Mastery & Farewell
Return passage — student-led sailing. Drone footage session under sail. Whale watching (seasonal). Farewell dinner and certificate presentation.
Departure
Sunrise yoga, final debrief, ASA certification paperwork. Disembark by noon from Uturoa Marina.

Our most experienced, charismatic instructor. ASA-certified to teach 104 and 114, with deep knowledge of French Polynesian waters. They are your sailing teacher, experience curator, and the person who makes sure every day exceeds the last. Skilled with a drone, so your highlight reel is in expert hands.
Private Chef
Formally trained and passionate about local ingredients. Expect Polynesian-French fusion: poisson cru with freshly caught tuna, grilled mahi-mahi, vanilla-infused desserts, and a traditional ahima'a feast cooked in an underground oven on the beach. Every dietary need accommodated. Every meal an event.

Pearl Farm Visit
Tour a Tahitian black pearl farm, learn the grafting process, and harvest your own pearl to take home.
Polynesian Ahima'a Feast

Safe, shallow-water encounters with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays in the Bora Bora lagoon.
