Island Adventure Course
Epic Caribbean Island Sailing Adventure, Plus Qualification
The Island Adventure Course began in 2016, and remains one of our most popular courses. In seven days, crews depart one Caribbean island, sailing across channels, climbing volcanos, swimming with dolphins, and levelling up their sailing skills. Here are some key points.
April/May and October/November each year
We break the Island Adventures up into 7-day courses. You can choose one or more of these weeks.
Between the British Virgin Islands and Grenada. Different weeks involve different routes (for example, one week may sail from Saint Martin, via Saint Barths, to Guadeloupe).
We sail an offshore-modified Beneteau First 40 racer/cruiser. She is a French-built, race-winning boat.
We are recognised by the American Sailing Association (ASA) and NauticEd. Our instructors are trained to ASA/NauticEd and Royal Yachting Association standards. Most of our students elect to follow the ASA curriculum. We train up to two ASA levels in one 7-day fast track course.
