Join this women-only getaway to unwind and get your sailing on!!
Learn how to sail with instruction from experienced female captains. In addition to sailing, this course incorporates daily meditation and mindfulness practices, as well as yoga sessions. This is a unique opportunity for women to come together in a male dominated sport.

Day by day plan
Day 1: Saturday
Salt Island
Arrive in Wichkams Cay Marina and meet at the French Deli for 10 am. Get to know your fellow sailors over a coffee. After a brief introduction, we'll head to the local supermarket to provision for the trip.
Once we're fully stocked, we'll board the boat and set sail for the secluded Salt Island. Once we arrive, we'll embark on a short, scenic sunset hike to take in the stunning views of the BVI. After the hike, we'll come together to prepare a delicious group meal on the boat. After this we will set up a campfire on the beach before retiring to bed for a peaceful night under the stars.
Day 2: Sunday
Long Bay
Wake up to the soothing sounds of the Caribbean sea and start the day with a refreshing morning routine of meditation and yoga. We'll enjoy breakfast on the boat before setting sail for the day. We'll brush up on our sailing skills and practice maneuvers on the way to Long Bay on Virgin Gorda. We will stop along the way to have lunch and snorkel. Once in Long Bay we will cook another delicious meal aboard the boat.
Day 3: Monday
North Sound
Start the day with a sunrise hike to the top of Virgin Gorda.Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean sea and the surrounding islands. After the hike, enjoy a delicious breakfast on board as we set sail towards a secluded spot, ideal for freediving or snorkeling. As we continue our course, we'll sail around to the North Sound, where we have plenty of options for dining. We will either prepare a meal on board or dine at one of the many amazing local restaurants including Bitter End Yacht Club or Saba Rock.
Day 4: Tuesday
Oil Nut Bay
Start the day with a refreshing morning routine, preparing for the day ahead. Set sail towards the picturesque Oil Nut Bay whilst practicing your practical sailing skills along the way. As an optional extra, join a local guided paddle board tour through the mangroves and explore the unique ecosystem of the Caribbean. Alternatively, take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the bay, and relax on the boat. As the day comes to an end, gather together on the boat to prepare a delicious group meal.
Day 5: Wednesday
Anegada
Start the day with a grounding meditation and yoga session before setting sail towards Richard Branson's Necker Island. Here we'll anchor and prepare a delicious breakfast on board. After breakfast, we'll set sail towards the charming island of Anegada, known for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and delicious seafood. Once we arrive, you'll have the choice to dine aboard or eat freshly caught lobster at one of the island's local restaurants.
Day 6: Thursday
White Bay, Jost Van Dyke
Start the day with our daily meditation and yoga sessions. We will then set sail towards Monkey Point, where we'll jump into the crystal-clear waters for an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Enjoy a delicious lunch on board before sailing towards the island of Jost Van Dyke. Take a dip in the Bubbly Pool, a natural hot spring, before we stop in White Bay for the evening.
Day 7: Friday
Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour
Begin the day with a peaceful morning routine and then set sail back towards the stunning island of Virgin Gorda. We will make a stop at the famous Baths, a unique geological formation of large granite boulders. You can explore the Baths by hiking and snorkeling before heading back onto the boat for lunch. Afterwards we'll dock at the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour, where you can freshen up before heading out to one of our favourite restaurants in the BVI for a farewell dinner and drinks.
Day 8: Saturday
Hodges Creek
Wake up to the final morning routine of the sailing trip. After breakfast, we'll make our way back to Hodges Creek Marina, where we'll say our final goodbyes and check out of the boat. Exchange contact information with everyone before getting a taxi to the ferry port, airport or hotel.
